Bree and Alex made their long-time love official rustic wedding style in the wooded backyard of a close friend. Amidst alders and maples and a hand-built wooden arbor, they exchanged vows.
Bree and Alex had just, the year before, had twin babies, Eliza and Tobias. The wedding had a distinctly fairy-lore vibe to it as Bree walked the aisle in a dress etched with hand-stitched fern leaves, Eliza ran around in a white eyehole lace dress, and Tobias matched his father in dashing emerald-green suspenders, looking for all the world like the most darling – and equally mischievous – leprechaun.
Surrounded by their dearest friends and family, Bree and Alex became officially one family beneath the handmade arbor and then celebrated until the sun went down. It was an honor to photograph this sentimental rustic wedding in a manner so that they might one day show a grown Eliza and Tobias the day their love became written into law.
